Here are the answers to the most frequently asked questions about your holiday rental at Le Golfe Bleu residence in the Alpes Maritimes.

What to do when you arrive at the residence


Thank you for coming to the reception of the residence to collect the keys to your accommodation. A member of our team will be on hand to welcome you and explain everything you need to know to make the most of your stay.
 

How to proceed if you arrive outside our opening hours ?


We ask you to inform us by phone or email as soon as possible, so that we can make the necessary arrangements. We will inform you of the procedure to follow.  

 

At what time do you have to leave the apartment ?


We kindly ask you to return the keys by 10:00 am at the latest on the morning of your departure. After a technical inspection of the premises, your deposit will be forfeited within 24 hours of your departure.

 

Is there a Wi-Fi connection in the residence?


You have free access to wifi in the residence, throughout the accommodation and communal areas.

 

 

Are there any taxesà régler ?


You will be asked to pay a day tax of 1.21€ on arrival.

 

 

Is the swim included?


The swim at the end of the day is not included in the price of your rental. We therefore ask you to leave the flat in a clean and tidy condition. We ask you to tidy up, clean the kitchen area and bathroom and take out the rubbish.
If you would like a swimming service during and/or at the end of your stay, this can be arranged on request, for an additional charge.
 

Are pets allowed?


Yes, pets are allowed in the residence at the rate of 5€/day. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at contact us.

What are our opening times?


Our reception is open at the following times:

Monday to Friday: 8.00 - 12.00 / 14.00 - 18.00
Saturday and Sunday: 8.00 - 12.00 / 15.00 - 19.00

 

 

At what time can you enter your apartment ?


Keys are handed over between 3pm and 6pm on weekdays and between 4pm and 7pm on weekends.

 

 

How can I add services to my holiday rental, such as the end-of-stay cleaning?


You can complete your stay up to 2 days before your arrival via your customer area: customer area link. You can also contact us by phone or e-mail. You will then be able to add the end-of-stay cleaning, the rental of sheets and towels as well as the reservation of the car park.
 

 

When and how do you book your reservation?


After booking, we ask you for a deposit of 25%, with the balance due 10 days before the start of your stay. If you make your reservation less than 10 days before your arrival date, we will ask you to pay the full amount. You can pay by credit card or bank transfer (please send proof of transfer).

 

 

What to do if you need to cancel your séjour ?


In the event of cancellation, here are the steps to follow:
 
  • Until D-10 before your séjour: 30 € booking fee will be deducted from the deposit. The balance of the deposit will remain valid for 12 months for a future séjour.
  • Between D-9 and D-3 before your séjour: the deposit will be retained in full, but the remainder of the deposit may be carried over to a future séjour within 12 months.
  • As of D-3 before your arrival: the totality of the reservation will be due.
