What are the special features of SCI Le Golfe Bleu?


It is a timeshare company governed by French law, with a renewable term of 99 years. Its purpose is to manage the assets in the form of shares for its partners. French law 86-18 of 6 January 1986, law 2009-888 of 22 July 2009 and decree 2009-302 of 18 March 2009 govern the operation of the SCI in order to define and protect the interests of the partners. What are your obligations?

 

Pay the annual charges, the budget for which is voted on annually by the general meeting of members, to guarantee the running and upkeep of the residence. You have the right to vote on all major decisions by attending the meeting, appointing a proxy or voting by post.

What are your rights?

What formalities need to be completed to become an associate of Golfe Bleu?


In collaboration with the Golfe Bleu reception team, LAMY will compile and check your acquisition file. The file is then submitted to a legal expert. We work with Magali BENAMOU and Franck GAMBINI, lawyers at the NICE bar, who are accredited to draw up the deeds of sale between the parties and register them with the tax authorities and the commercial court registry, guaranteeing and justifying the ownership of your shares.
 

What is the acquisition cost with LAMY?


The proposed sale price includes LAMY's transaction commission. Additional selling costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. They include legal fees for drafting the deed and legal registration fees.


 

How to sell your shares in SCI Le Golfe Bleu

 

After enjoying a few years at Le Golfe Bleu, would you like to part with your SCI shares?

 

In the same way as your acquisition, your shares are transferable to a new buyer or to your heirs.
